Private and intimate, the basement has its own independent sound system and bathrooms. Perfect for film screenings, musical events and private parties. Seats 40 people, more standing.
Terrace
Spacious outdoor garden area that feels a world away from the business of the high street. Perfectly catching the afternoon and evening sun, the terrace is partially covered and makes an ideal location for receptions, parties and more.
The garden configuration is entirely flexible allowing for both fun and formality.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made 7-14 days prior to booking.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to booking are subject to the full cost.
